N/A | Unclear whether a poor TV signal is caused by the Amplifier/wiring or the antenna itself (Status 550 antenna) | Short Hook Up Test 1: unplug the coaxial plugs from the Amplifier's 'TV' sockets and, using the TV fly lead with Converter 1, connect the TV direct to the Amplifier (with the Antenna Dome plugged into 'ANT-IN'). If picture quality improves, the fault lies in the wiring between the Amplifier and the TV outlet socket. Short Hook Up Test 2: unplug the Antenna from the Amplifier, connect Converter 2 to the cable end, and connect the antenna directly to the TV with the fly lead.
