Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why choose Whale's Easi-Slide sockets?

Easi-Slide sockets replace the familiar flip-up lid, and the problems that come with it, with a sliding cover. Whale says they're tougher and neater on the outside of your caravan or motorhome, and the range covers mains electric, gas and water sockets.

Q: Are Easi-Slide sockets easy to fit?

Every socket is supplied with fitting instructions. If you'd rather not fit it yourself, a local caravan or motorhome workshop should be able to do it for you. The exception is the BBQ (gas) socket: a qualified gas engineer has to certify that installation, to BS EN 1949-2011.

Q: Which lid colours do Easi-Slide sockets come in?

White, grey or black.
