Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I do if the red LED on the appliance remains illuminated?

The unit's flagging a fault. Switch it off, wait a moment, then switch it back on. Contact Truma Service if the red LED stays lit.

Q: How do I re-pair the remote control with the IR receiver?

Fit the batteries the right way round, confirm the setup symbol is flashing (reset it if not), point the remote at the IR receiver, hold the Setup button down, and release it once the IR receiver's red LED flashes.

Q: Can the air conditioning system be operated without the remote control?

Yes, there is an additional pushbutton (m) on the receiver that allows the unit to be switched on and off manually without the remote control. Switching it on via this button automatically resets the system to factory settings.
