Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can the Mover® SR be used on tandem-axle caravans?

No, the Mover® SR is exclusively suitable for single-axle caravans.

Q: How far should the disengaged drive rollers sit from the tyres?

The gap between the tyres and disengaged drive rollers needs to be exactly 20mm.

Q: How do I synchronise the remote handset with the electronic control unit?

Hold the control unit's reset button until the red LED flashes rapidly (around 5 seconds), release it, then within 10 seconds hold the remote handset's caravan reverse button while switching the handset on with its slide switch.

Q: Is it OK to tow the caravan with the mover's rollers engaged?

Never tow with the drive rollers engaged - the drive units, the towing vehicle and the tyres can all be damaged.
