Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is the maximum weight and gradient the Euro Mover can handle?

It can handle inclines up to roughly 25% at a 1,200kg gross weight, or up to 15% at 1,700kg, on a suitable surface.

Q: What should the distance be between the tyres and released drive rollers?

For it to work properly, the released drive rollers must sit exactly 20mm from the tyres.

Q: Is it OK to tow with the mover's drive rollers still against the tyres?

No - never tow with the drive rollers engaged, as it can badly damage the tyres and rollers and overload the towing vehicle. Always disengage the rollers with the wheel spanner before setting off.
