Possible Cause: Control panel software may have crashed.
Reboot the control panel by turning off the EC328 PSU charger switch and removing fuses 1 and 2 at the EC328 PSU (2x 20A fuses for the leisure and vehicle batteries). Wait 30 seconds then replace the fuses and turn the charger switch on. Alternatively, remove the bezel at the control panel by pulling down in the centre at the bottom, unplug the control panel multi-way connector, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in and reassemble.DIY Safe

Possible Cause: Contrast preset needs adjusting.
Remove the control panel as for a reboot but do not unplug it. Carefully adjust the contrast preset (small adjuster) on the back of the control panel using a jeweller's screwdriver.DIY Safe

With the charger switch turned off and the power turned off at the control panel (no LEDs on), scroll down the display until battery current is shown.
