Master Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Matrix
| Error Code / Indicator | Symptom / Meaning | Possible Cause | Step-by-Step DIY Fix | Suggested Actions |
|---|---|---|---|---|
N/A | Blind (sun screen or fly screen) tension is not correct | Roller tension needs adjusting. | Turn the screw head at the roller's side once, then check the blind's tension - keep turning a bit more if it's still not right. | DIY Safe |
N/A | Blind retracts too quickly / uncontrolled retraction | Blind was released from its fixing point without being guided back. | Do not allow the blind to snap back unguided - uncontrolled retraction will cause damage. Always guide the blind as it retracts. | DIY Safe |
