Q: How do I fill the fresh water tank?
Close off every outlet and valve, then pull open the filler neck's protective cover and unlock the filler cap. Top the tank up with drinking water, then switch on your 12V main switch, and if your model has one, switch the water pump on at the control panel. Run every tap on warm and wait until the water flows free of bubbles - that's how you know the warm water boiler has filled too.
Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?
You'll find the outlet valve either in the seating area next to the tank itself, on the outside wall, or behind a service flap.
Q: How do I empty the waste water tank?
The waste water opening is on the left-hand side underneath the vehicle - depending on your model, its valve sits right by that opening or is tucked away inside the gas bottle container instead. Unscrew the lid, open the valve, and let it drain away, then push everything back and screw the lid on once it's done.
Q: Does the waste water tank have frost protection?
An optional heating cartridge (around 40W) can be outfitted into the waste water tank - once you switch it on at the control panel, it kicks in automatically whenever the waste water drops to around 8°C, to stop it freezing in light frost.
