Q: How do I fill the fresh water tank?
Close off every outlet and valve, then pull open the filler neck's protective cover and unlock the filler cap. Top the tank up with drinking water, then switch on your 12V main switch, and if your model has one, switch the water pump on at the control panel. Run every tap on warm and wait until the water flows free of bubbles - that's how you know the warm water boiler has filled too.
Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?
Where the outlet valve sits depends on your model - it could be behind the gas-bottle container flap - it's next to the tank in the seating area on the outer wall, behind the toilet flap, or inside the seat chest on the side wall.
Q: How do I empty the waste water tank?
The waste water opening is on the left-hand side underneath the vehicle - depending on your model, its valve sits right by that opening or is tucked away inside the gas bottle container instead. Unscrew the lid, open the valve, and let it drain away, then push everything back and screw the lid on once it's done.
Q: Does the waste water tank have frost protection?
The tank's built into the chassis and insulated; on some models, switching the heating on at the control panel also directs warm air to it, which is enough to stop it freezing in light frost.
