Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I fill the fresh water tank?ⓘ

Get the vehicle sitting level, then shut every water tap, switch on the main switch at the control panel, and close the boiler's FrostControl outlet valve. Unlock the filler cap (turning it anticlockwise), fill up through the fresh water filler neck, and switch the water pump on at the control panel. Run every tap on hot until the flow's free of bubbles - that's what fills the boiler too - then do the same on cold until that runs clear of bubbles as well, and finish by shutting the taps and the filler neck.

Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?ⓘ

The outlet valve is fitted directly on top of the fresh water tank - depending on your model, it's either right in the seating area on the outer wall or reached through a service flap. Turn its rotating wheel to open it and let the water drain out.

Q: How do I empty the waste water tank?ⓘ

The waste water opening is on the left-hand side underneath the vehicle - depending on your model, its valve sits right by that opening or is tucked away inside the gas bottle container instead. Unscrew the lid, open the valve, and let it drain away, then push everything back and screw the lid on once it's done.
