Close off every outlet and valve, then pull open the filler neck's protective cover and unlock the filler cap. Top the tank up with drinking water, then switch on your 12V main switch, and if your model has one, switch the water pump on at the control panel. Run every tap on warm and wait until the water flows free of bubbles - that's how you know the warm water boiler has filled too.
Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?
There's a drain valve fitted in the seating area on the outer wall, right next to the tank itself.
Q: How do I empty the waste water tank?
Use the support underneath the vehicle: undo its cap, pull out the slide valve, and let it all drain away at a proper disposal point, then refit the slide valve and finally do the cap back up once it's empty.
