Unlock the blue filler cap, twist it counter-clockwise to remove it, top the tank up with water, then lock it again using the key. If you overfill it, any extra just runs off through an overflow beneath the caravan - or empty it yourself by taking out the overflow pipe.

Switch off power to the water pump at the control panel (hold the main switch 3-4 seconds), open every tap to its centre setting, hang up the shower head where fitted, and open the therme's drain valves. Unscrew the fresh water tank's cleaning port cap, then unscrew and take out its overflow pipe, and hold the pump up so the pipework can drain fully.

Check that the tank, therme, taps, or pipes have nothing left in them (compressed air up to 0.5 bar helps clear anything left), grease the overflow, then refit the pipe and pump and close everything up - leave the taps and drain valves open, give the tank a thorough clean and rinse, let the system dry out as long as possible, and don't forget the toilet cassette.
