Unlock the filler cap with its key and turn the blue cap to remove it, then fill up through the filler neck - using the same key to lock it again afterwards.

Switch off power to the water pump at the control panel (hold the main switch 3-4 seconds), open every tap to its centre setting, hang up the shower head where fitted, and open the therme's outlet valves. Unscrew the fresh water tank's cleaning port cap and pull out its overflow pipe, lift out the lid, then take out the pump and hold it up so the pipework can drain fully.

Check that the tank, therme, taps, or pipes have nothing left in them (compressed air up to 0.5 bar helps clear anything left), grease the overflow, then refit the pipe and pump and close everything up - leave the taps and outlet valves open, give the tanks a thorough clean and rinse, let the system dry out as long as possible, and don't forget the toilet cassette.
