Q: How do I fill the fresh water tank?ⓘ

Unlock the filler cap with its key and turn the blue cap to remove it, then fill up through the filler neck - using the same key to lock it again afterwards.

Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?ⓘ

Switch off power to the water pump at the control panel (hold the main switch for 3-4 seconds), open every tap to its centre setting, hang the shower head up, and open the therme's outlet valves. Unscrew the cleaning port cap and the fresh water tank's overflow pipe, lift out the lid, then take out the pump and hold it up so the pipework can drain fully.

Check that the tank, therme, taps, or pipes have nothing left in them (a little compressed air, up to 0.5 bar, helps clear anything left), refit the overflow pipe and pump, and close everything up - leave the taps and outlet valves open afterwards, give the tanks a thorough clean and rinse, let the system dry out as long as you can, and remember to empty the toilet cassette too.
