Q: How do I fill the fresh water tank?ⓘ

Unlock the filler cap with its key and turn the blue cap to remove it, then fill up through the filler neck - using the same key to lock it again afterwards.

Q: How do I empty the fresh water tank?ⓘ

Start by switching off power to the water pump at the control panel (hold the main switch for about 4 seconds), then open every tap to its centre setting, hang the shower head up in the shower, and open the therme's outlet valves. Unscrew the cap on the fresh water tank's cleaning port, then unscrew its overflow pipe, lift out the lid, and take out the water pump, holding it up until the pipework has fully drained.

Check the tank, therme, taps and pipes are all empty - a little compressed air (up to 0.5 bar) can help clear anything left - then refit the overflow pipe and pump and close everything back up, leaving the taps and outlet valves open afterwards.
