Crash sensor has tripped / gas flow interrupted following an accident
A collision or hard knock has set off the DuoControl CS's built-in crash sensor (it's tuned to trip at roughly 4.0 g, give or take 1.0 g).
Push the yellow reset button in firmly, twist it gently clockwise, and hold it there for 10 seconds until it settles into the 'Ready' position. If that doesn't do it, use the Torx T20 bit kept alongside the assist tool to turn it clockwise instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I change the gas cylinders?

Open the gas-bottle container's flap and slide the container out. Shut off the cylinder's main stop valve, noting which way the arrow points, then unscrew the pressure regulator/high-pressure hose from the bottle by hand (it's a left-hand thread). Undo the strap and lift the empty cylinder out. Fit a full one in its place, strap it down securely with both straps, then screw the regulator/hose back on by hand (again, left-hand thread).

Open up the newly connected cylinder's valve (both cylinders if you've got a DuoControl CS), and if there's a crash sensor fitted, press its hose-rupture-protection button on the high-pressure hose. Spray on some leak detector to make sure nothing's escaping at the joint, then slide the container back in and shut the door.
