Q: How do I use the emergency disarm on my caravan's alarm?

Pop the touch-key into the socket for a moment and the alarm switches off. If you'd rather arm or disarm it quietly, give the small button a quick press first, then press the main arm/disarm button - it'll do its thing without any chirping.

Q: How do I register my caravan's optional Tracker Retrieve device?

Registration with TRACKER is normally handled by your dealer before you take delivery, and you'll get an email confirming it. If that hasn't happened, you can register it yourself instead - head to www.tracker.co.uk/elddis and fill in the TRACKER VLU number together with your caravan's VIN (the system checks these match the vehicle model), pick your dealership from the dropdown list, then enter your own contact details.

You'll receive a confirmation email once that's done, starting a one-year subscription - TRACKER gets in touch again as it nears expiry to talk through renewal. Alternatively, you can just phone TRACKER on 0845 604 6029. Store the registration card from your document wallet somewhere safe, but not inside the caravan itself.
