Q: How do I use the emergency disarm on my caravan's alarm?

Pop the touch-key into the socket for a moment and the alarm switches off. If you'd rather arm or disarm it quietly, give the small button a quick press first, then press the main arm/disarm button - it'll do its thing without any chirping.

Q: How do I activate the optional Tracker Retrieve GPS device on my caravan?

Call Tracker on 0161 476 4050 as soon as you can to get the device activated - you'll need your chassis or VIN number to hand, though the caravan itself doesn't need to be nearby. Once that's done, they'll post out an installation certificate, your device number, and some emergency contact cards. Have a look through the paperwork in your caravan's document wallet, and send a copy of the certificate back to them.
