Registration with TRACKER is normally handled by your dealer before you take delivery, and you'll get an email confirming it. If that hasn't happened, you can register it yourself at www.tracker.co.uk/elddis - enter the TRACKER VLU number together with your motorhome's VIN (these get matched and checked against the vehicle model), pick your dealership from the dropdown list, then fill in your own contact details.

You'll receive a confirmation email once that's done, starting a one-year subscription - TRACKER gets in touch again as it nears expiry to talk through renewal. Alternatively, you can just phone TRACKER on 0870 606 1269.

The alarm can be disarmed without the remote control by entering your emergency override PIN - keep this PIN, which is attached to your key tag, somewhere safe rather than in the vehicle. You can enter it using either the ignition key or the service mode button. With the ignition key: switch the ignition on and off 5 times within 10 seconds (the status light illuminates), then switch the ignition off (the status light starts flashing).

With the service mode button: hold it down for 5 seconds (status light illuminates), then release it (status light starts flashing). Enter each digit of your 5-digit PIN in turn by switching the ignition on/off, or pressing/releasing the service mode button, the matching number of times (a zero is represented by 10 flashes) - the status light illuminates once each digit registers.

After the 5th correct digit, the status light flashes rapidly and the alarm and immobiliser disarm. If you make a mistake, wait at least 10 flashes then start again from the first digit.
