Water Heater lockout needs clearing
A fault condition has been identified and cleared
Hold down the water heat setting button together with the plus symbol button for 3 seconds to reset the lockout - there's no need to reset anything on the heater itself, it's handled entirely from the control panel. Contact Whale Support at +44 (0)845 217 2933 if problems continue.
