Red "Incorrect polarity" LED glows when connecting to the socket

Possible cause: The battery is connected with incorrect polarity or vehicle socket wiring requires direct connection. Immediately unplug the battery from the conditioner and instead use the adapter cable to connect the device straight to the battery.

Green and yellow LEDs glow

Possible cause: Either the connection has broken, or the fuse in the plug has blown from the polarity being reversed. Check the battery connection. If you can, use the adapter cable to connect straight to the battery, or replace the faulty fuse in the 12/6V plug.
