Q: How do I operate the Omnivent roof vent fan?
Start it with the soft switch S2 - the middle LED lights up and it begins running in "comfort mode", its lowest, quietest extract speed. From there, use S1 (extract) or S3 (intake) to step the airflow up or down through 6 speed settings, from around 3.7 m³/min at the low end to 24 m³/min flat out. To save battery, it automatically drops from the top speed back down to the lowest setting after an hour of continuous use.
There's also a boost mode: hold S1 (extraction) or S3 (intake) down for about 3 seconds to run it at full speed for 5 minutes, after which it returns to whatever speed it was on before.
