Toilet's holding tank is overfull
The tank has been filled beyond capacity
Don't remove the holding tank. Open the access door outside, rotate the pour-out spout, place a suitable container underneath, carefully remove the spout cap, and let the tank drain down before replacing the cap and spout - keep the valve blade closed throughout.

Toilet's valve blade can't be opened manually
Over-pressure in the holding tank - can happen if the tank's been left removed for a while, stopping the automatic vent from working
Open the access door and swing out the pour-out spout, then slowly remove the spout cap to release the pressure. Check whether the blade is stuck against the seal, and lubricate it if needed.

Toilet's holding tank won't come out
The valve blade isn't fully closed, or the retaining clip is sticking
Check the valve blade is in the closed position, and that the retaining clip moves freely. Never force the tank in or out - this can seriously damage the toilet system.
