Refrigerator does not start
Not switched on correctly, the vehicle isn't level, or there's no power source available to start it.
Check it's switched on as per the instructions, that the vehicle is level, and that a power source is available. If it still won't start, get in touch with your dealer or your nearest Thetford Service Centre.

The refrigerator won't run on gas.
The gas bottle may be empty, or a valve or shut-off valve may be closed.
Check the gas bottle isn't empty and that the relevant valves are open, then turn the refrigerator off and back on again. If that doesn't help, try switching it to a different power source instead.

Refrigerator has insufficient cooling
Could be blocked ventilation, the vehicle not being level, too low a cooling level selected, the door not closing properly, or ice built up on the cooling fins.
Check the vents aren't covered, the vehicle is level, the highest cooling level is selected, the door closes properly, and clear away any built-up ice. If none of that helps, get in touch with your dealer or your nearest Thetford Service Centre.
