Control panel legend from the CBE PC180-ST manual - numbers referenced in the fault table below correspond to these positions.
  1. 1 Mains' general button ON/OFF; LED flashing indicates that the battery is low and that the low voltage device will turn on. NOTE: at start-up, the panel verifies the functioning of all LEDs, with the exclusion of ref. 14 and 15.
  2. 2 12V button; it controls the lights, 12V sockets and heating.
  3. 3 Water pump button; it controls the pump relais.
  4. 4 Awning light button; the awning light switches automatically off when you start up the engine.
  5. 5 Button to check the leisure battery (B2).
  6. 6 Button to check the car battery (B1).
  7. 7 Button to check the fresh water tank.
  8. 8 Button with integrated twilight sensor to set the intensity of the LED backlighting in a "night" situation (see also the "TWILIGHT" function).
  9. 9 If this symbol blinks the car battery (B1) has run down.
  10. 10 If this symbol blinks the leisure battery (B2) has run down.
  11. 11 If this symbol blinks the fresh water tank is empty.
  12. 12 If this symbol blinks the waste water tank is full.
  13. 13 LED display: voltmeter for the control of car and leisure battery voltage (scale 0 to 100%); fresh water tank level (Emergency level, 1/3, 2/3, 3/3).
  14. 14 It shows the leisure battery recharging through engine alternator.
  15. 15 LED to signal 230V net on.

Master Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Matrix

Error Code / IndicatorSymptom / MeaningPossible CauseStep-by-Step DIY FixSuggested Actions
Symbol ref. 9 blinking
Car battery (B1) alarm
Car battery voltage is lower than 12V
Once the car battery drops below 12V, the car battery alarm triggers automatically and symbol 9 starts blinking.
DIY Safe
Symbol ref. 10 blinking
Leisure battery alarm (B2)
The leisure battery's voltage has dropped below 11V
Once the leisure battery drops below 11V, the leisure battery alarm triggers automatically and symbol 10 starts blinking.
DIY Safe
LED flashing
Battery low / low voltage device intervention
The leisure battery has hit its minimum voltage threshold of 10V
An electronic protection device cuts all the 12V circuits once the leisure battery hits this 10V floor. Pressing the ON/OFF button restores everything for one more minute.
DIY Safe
Symbol ref. 11 blinking
Fresh water tank empty alarm
Fresh water tank is empty
If this symbol blinks the fresh water tank is empty.
DIY Safe
Symbol ref. 12 blinking
Waste water tank full alarm
Waste water tank is full
This symbol blinking means the waste water tank needs emptying because it's full.
