Yellow battery LED (Battery1 or Battery2 LED) blinking with short blinks | Battery protection function activated | The battery voltage dropped below 9.5V. | The battery protection function disconnects every user once the voltage falls below 9.5V, to prevent irreversible damage. If it stays below that threshold, power is only guaranteed for another minute, and if it drops as far as 8.5V the device shuts itself off entirely.
