Q: How do I prepare the Thetford cassette waste-holding tank before using the toilet?
Take the waste-holding tank out through the service door, stand it up so the pour-out spout faces upward, then take the cap off. Add the recommended amount of Thetford waste-holding tank additive plus roughly 3 litres of water so the bottom is covered, refit the cap, and slot the tank back into place.
